I’ve always been more of an ‘at home’ work-out girl. I usually run in place, watching a series in front of my laptop. This time I decided to take it to the streets.
I bought some running gear, plugged in my iPhone and ran… for about a minute, then my lungs started to hurt. Running in one spot and actually doing some distance is NOT the same thing. I’m able to run in place or on a treadmill for 30 minutes without braking a sweat. But this… this was different.
I felt my legs and arms becoming heavier with every pace. Breathing became difficult and eventually painful. I only ran about 1K in total. But I got so demotivated that my body was so weak that I called it quits.
– Weak body is weak
– Lungs that feel like concrete
– Feels like my uterus is going drop from in between my legs.
Oh well, better work-out tomorrow. The only bad work-out is the one you didn’t have, no?
